A management major at a liberal arts college provides a strong foundation for leadership and problem-solving, blending business principles with a broader understanding of human behavior and societal contexts. This approach fosters adaptability, critical thinking, and communication skills highly valued by employers. The purpose of the liberal arts has always been to develop the human ability to read critically, write convincingly, and think broadly. Today, in the highly complex social and business environment we are experiencing, such a broad intellectual base is becoming a must for any manager aspiring to succeed.
