The Bethel College Employment Experiences program prepares students for meaningful lives of work and service and is designed to accomplish the following goals:
- Support the academic programming at Bethel College through experiences that develop skills associated with the work environment
- Provide and encourage opportunities for students to reduce their education expenses while providing meaningful work within the surrounding community and on campus.
- Prepare students for meaningful lives of work and service beyond their college years
- Strengthen students’ work ethic and service to the community
