BCSW Alumni Spotlight

Kylee Schunn, 2018 graduate of Bethel College Social Work

Kylee is an Immigration Advocate, and a Department of Justice, Partially Accredited Representative at Centro La Familia Advocacy Services in Fresno, California, where she provides community outreach, legal clinics, and immigration workshops for low-income populations who need support.

While at Bethel, Kylee completed practicum experiences in child advocacy and substance abuse, and was a member of the basketball team and the concert choir.

Bethel College invited Kylee to speak at student convocation in March, 2025, as our 2025 Ada Schmidt-Tieszen Lecturer.

“I am deeply grateful for your invitation and to be given a chance to talk about the work that I do and love!”
