BCSW has an outstanding reputation for training social workers. Our program just celebrated 50 years of graduating social workers! Graduates enter the field as a licensed professional and are qualified to get a master’s degree in one year instead of two.

A degree in social work from Bethel College is a generalist degree, qualifying you for licensure and entry into a wide range of positions.

And our program will help you prepare for these careers with two years of experience in local agencies.
