Bethel College offers a total compensation package for all full-time employees that includes the following:
- health insurance with Bethel paying a share of premium cost
- dental insurance with the employee paying the entire premium
- basic life insurance of $25,000 with Bethel paying one-half of the premium; additional life insurance available with the employee paying the entire premium
- disability insurance with Bethel paying the entire premium
- retirement plan with Bethel contributing 1.0 percent of total salary and the employee contributing 1.5 percent of total salary
