Bethel College offers a total compensation package for all full-time employees that includes the following:
health insurance with Bethel paying a share of premium cost
dental insurance with the employee paying the entire premium
basic life insurance of $25,000 with Bethel paying one-half of the premium; additional life insurance available with the employee paying the entire premium
