Russell Adrian, D.M.A., serves as the Director of Choral Activities and Associate Professor of Music at Bethel College. He conducts Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, and Chapel Choir along with teaching Conducting and Music Appreciation. Prior to joining the Bethel College music faculty in 2025, he held positions at Hesston College and Western Mennonite School. He earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in conducting from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis), Master of Music degree in choral conducting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from Bethel College (North Newton, Kan.) with degrees in music and mathematics. He leads music at Tabor Mennonite Church and resides in rural Goessel with his wife, Camille, and three children.
