  • Office of the President: President Jon C. Gering and Assistant to the President Rosa Bararra. The president’s cabinet is composed of leaders from the departments of academic affairs, advancement, business affairs, institutional communications and marketing, athletics, enrollment management and student life.
  • The president’s cabinet is committed to the seven-year strategic plan called “Knowledge is Not Enough.”
  • The Board of Directors meets twice a year to support Bethel’s mission.
