Equity in Athletics
All coeducational institutions of higher education that participate in federal student aid programs and have intercollegiate athletic programs are under the Equity in Athletic Disclosure Act of 1994, Section 360B of Public Law 103-382 (https://ope.ed.gov/athletics/). Information required in this act is available for inspection by students, prospective students or the public in the Bethel College Business Office or online here.
