Promote your personal health in our fully equipped exercise center, on walking trails and through intramural sports.

The center, located in the basement of Memorial Hall has:

  • an aerobics room
  • an exercise room with:
    • Airdyne cycles
    • Concept H rowing machines
    • StairMaster stair steppers
    • treadmills
    • EFX machines
  • and a weight room

Sand Creek Trail

Located on the southeast side of campus, Sand Creek Trail is a popular walking/jogging/running trail. The Sand Creek biking/walking trail is a paved trail several miles long that goes all the way to First Street in Newton. The two Bethel gyms can be used for walking or jogging in bad weather.

Bethel also offers a wide range of recreational intramural sports if you enjoy more competitive exercise.
