Types of Student Employment Programs
The Bethel College Career & Leadership Development Office coordinates student employment programs. Students must be enrolled in at least six credit hours during the fall/spring semesters.
The Federal Work-Study Program is a form of federal financial aid that promotes part-time on-campus employment for undergraduate students. Federal Work-study is based on financial need, as determined by the results of your FAFSA. Please know that work-study does not mean you will be paid to study!
The Departmental Job Program includes jobs not subsidized by Federal Workstudy funds and is open to all students, regardless of financial need or FAFSA results.
