A cappella groups to give year-end concerts

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – The Bethel College small vocal ensembles, Woven (women) and Open Road (men), will give back-to-back end-of-year concerts.

Woven will perform May 14 and Open Road May 15. Both concerts are at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall and are free and open to the public.

Seniors will be recognized in both groups.

For Woven, those are Lisa Goering, Lawrence, Michelle Peachey, Manheim, Pennsylvania, Abby Schrag, Newton, Erin Regier, Newton, and Jill Siebert, Topeka.

Open Road seniors are Josh Booth, Goessel, Tim Regier, Newton, and Braden Unruh, Goessel.

Other members of Woven are Mareike Bergen, junior from Moundridge, Stephanie Brown, sophomore from Newton, DrewAnne Gatlin, sophomore from Broadus, Montana, Becca Schrag, freshman from Newton, and Kylee Schunn, sophomore from Whitewater.

Other members of Open Road are Matt Graber, junior from Freeman, South Dakota, Nate Kroeker, freshman from Augusta, Matt Lind, junior from Harrisonburg, Virginia, Randall Schmidt, freshman from Lawrence, Tyler Shima, sophomore from Topeka, and Chase Stucky, junior from Moundridge.
