Evan Fast to give senior saxophone recital

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – Bethel College student Evan Fast, Goessel, will give his senior saxophone recital Thursday, April 22, at 7:30 p.m. in the Administration Building chapel.

Fast will graduate from Bethel College in May with a major business management and marketing and a minor in communication arts. He studies alto saxophone with James Pisano, Bethel College assistant professor of music.

Fast’s program will include the Cello Suite No. 1 by Johann Sebastian Bach, Aria by Jacques Ibert and Sonata by Camille Saint-Saëns. His accompanists are Jordan Ortman, freshman from Marion, S.D., and Renee Reimer, freshman from Sioux Falls, S.D.

Fast is the son of Jenny and John Fast of Goessel.

The recital is free and open to the public. A reception will follow in The Meeting Place, in the Ad Building basement.
