Bethel forensics competes in Nebraska

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – Bethel College took a small forensics squad to the University of Nebraska-Kearney and came home with a first-place finish.

At the Outer Limits Swing Part I: Lopers are From Venus Tournament, Dana Daugharthy, senior from Iola, and Taylor McCabe-Juhnke, sophomore from North Newton, took first in Duo Interpretation.

Sarah Pohl, sophomore from Moundridge, was sixth in Dramatic Interpretation.

Also competing for the Threshers were Julia Huxman, sophomore from Wichita, and Aaron Rudeen, freshman from Osage City.

Bethel was one of 12 colleges and universities in the tournament.
