Joel Garber to give senior voice recital

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – Bethel College student Joel Garber, Hesston, will give his senior voice recital Saturday, May 12, at 2 p.m. in the Administration Building chapel on the Bethel campus.

Garber, who will graduate from Bethel College in May with a music performance major, is a student of Soyoun Lim Chun, Bethel College assistant professor of voice.

His program will include works for tenor voice by Bach, Brahms, Faure, Mozart and Tosti. Bethel College senior Chelsea Vaught will be the accompanist. The recital will also feature guest musician Heather Robertsen, Bethel College freshman from Newton, on bassoon.

Garber is the son of Ron and Verlene Garber, Hesston.

The recital is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
