Bethel College choir to do mini-tour to Colorado

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. - The 52-voice Bethel College Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. William Eash, will do a short tour with several concert dates in Colorado, Feb. 26-27. The first concert will be on Saturday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m. at Wellshire Presbyterian Church in Denver, located at 2999 S. Colorado Blvd.

There will be a reception for alumni, family members of the choir, prospective students and their families, and friends in the church fellowship hall after the performance. Anyone who attends the concert is welcome.

On Sunday morning, Feb. 27, the choir will sing at Boulder Mennonite Church, 3910 Table Mesa Drive, as part of the morning worship service, which begins at 9:30.

The final concert of the weekend is at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon at Mountain Community Mennonite Church in Palmer Lake, located along Hwy. 105 between Monument and Palmer Lake.

The choir’s repertoire ranges from Bach, Brahms and Mendelssohn to Ramón Noble and Moses Hogan.

Choir members from the Front Range area are Jerel Fast, Boulder, and Andrea Nickel, Windsor.
