Bethel College organ students to present Christmas Vespers

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. -- Bethel College organ students will present a Christmas organ recital at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12 in the Administration Building Chapel on the Bethel College campus in North Newton. Admission is free and open to the public. Christopher Shaw, a senior from Newton, will play "Weihnachten" by Max Reger as well as a set of variations on "Vom Himmel Hoch."

Junior Chelsea Vaught, Henderson, Neb., will perform "Variations on Good King Wenceslas" by Petr Eben and "Wachet Auf!," a chorale prelude by J.S. Bach.

Roseann Penner Kaufman is instructor of organ at the college.
