Crile to give senior voice recital

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. -- Bethel College student Miranda Crile, soprano from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, will present her senior voice recital at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10 in the Administration Building Chapel on the North Newton campus. Admission is free and open to the public. Crile, a senior music and Bible and religion major, is the student of Kathryn Kasper, professor of music at Bethel College. Crile’s recital will include works by Benjamin Britten, Gustav Mahler, George Bizet and others. She will be joined by sopranos Ivonne Cabrera, senior from McPherson, and Caitlin Welch, sophomore from Lawrence, and alto Bethany Amstutz, senior from Goessel. Crile will be accompanied by Michael McKitrick, senior from Brandon, Fla., on guitar and Bethel graduate Christopher Shaw, Newton, on piano.

Crile is the daughter of Bennet and Judy Crile of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
