Anderson, Schrag place at forensics tournament

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – The Bethel College forensics squad traveled to Norman, Okla., Feb. 14 and 15 to participate in the Sweetheart Swing tournaments hosted by the University of Oklahoma and West Texas A&M. On the first day of competition, seniors Jeremy Schrag, Moundridge, placed second in extemporaneous speaking, and Daniel Anderson, Apple Valley, Minn., placed third in impromptu speaking. Anderson also earned sixth place in impromptu speaking on Sunday.

Sixteen colleges and universities participated in the tournament.
