Bethel College invites children and youth to attend summer camp

NORTH NEWTON, KAN- Youth are invited to Bethel College to participate in summer camps. The Bethel College camp schedule includes programming for basketball, cross-country, football, music, music theater, science, soccer and volleyball. The schedule is:

  • June 1-6: Science Institute, for students entering grades 10-12;
  • June 2-5, 9 a.m.-noon: Girls Basketball Camp, for girls entering grades 4-8;
  • June 2-5, 9-11:30 a.m.: Soccer Camp (session one), for boys and girls entering grades 1-8;
  • June 9-12, 9 a.m.-noon: Boys Basketball Camp, for boys entering grades 4-9;
  • June 9-12, 9-11:30 a.m.: Soccer Camp (session two), for boys and girls entering grades 1-8;
  • June 15-20: Music Camp, for musicians entering grades 8-12;
  • June 16-18, 9-11:30 a.m.: Football Camp, for boys entering grades 6-8;
  • June 19-21, 9-11:30 a.m.: Football Camp, for boys entering grades 9-12;
  • June 22-29: Broadway at Bethel: Brigadoon, for students ages 13-18;
  • July 14-16, 9 a.m.-noon: Volleyball Camp, for students in grades 6-9;
  • July 28-Aug. 1: Cross Country-Distance Camp, for middle and high school students.;

Several Uncle Carl's Camps will also be offered for children age four through eighth grade at Kauffman Museum, North Newton. Summer sports leagues for soccer and volleyball are also scheduled.
