What is a LEED Green Associate?

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associates are involved in the fields of real estate, law, planning, manufacturing, engineering, design, construction, facility management, and environmental science.

Becoming a LEED Green Associate

Passionate about sustainability? This certification introduces you to green building principles and practices. As a LEED Green Associate, you’ll understand the fundamentals of sustainable design and construction, making you an asset in the growing field of green building and environmental stewardship.

This course will examine the five types of NFPA classifications for building construction. Loads, structural components, and how fire and other emergencies impact building design and construction will be explored.
