Campus Dining

When Harold Schultz concluded his 20 years as Bethel president in 1991, the campus community honored him and his wife, Carolyn, by naming the student center – built during Schultz’s tenure – after them. In 2012, at the student center rededication following major renovations, Harold Schultz noted that though it was a kind farewell surprise to have the center named Schultz, clearly the most important word is the middle one, student.

In addition to dining facilities, Schultz Student Center houses Thresher Shop, where you can buy school supplies as well as every kind of Thresher-wear. New and past faculty publications, recordings by campus music groups, cards, snacks and cold drinks are also available for purchase.

However, one of the most important aspects of Bethel student life is the interaction that takes place around tables in the dining hall or over a cup of coffee down the hall in Mojo’s. Bethel offers students varied options in the newly renovated Schultz Student Center. The space features The Caf as well as Mojo’s in Bubbert’s.
