Bethel College honors top students

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – The Bethel College community honored its top students at an honors convocation Sept. 22. Academic Dean John Sheriff recognized 44 sophomores, juniors, seniors and fifth year students. Those honored had completed at least 30 hours of course work at the college and had each attained a cumulative grade point average of 3.80 or above. "Scholarship is the fundamental purpose that brings us all together," Sheriff said. "The excellent grades these students have earned are evidence of the academic achievement and disciplined scholarship that we wish to recognize and honor."
