Basketball will host Family Night Dec. 13

NORTH NEWTON, KAN. – Bethel home basketball games will take place on “Family Night” this coming Tuesday, Dec. 13.

The Thresher varsity women’s and men’s teams host Kansas Wesleyan University at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The event will feature a canned good drive. All who bring a goodwill donation (non-perishable food items or a financial contribution) will receive free admission to the games.

As an added bonus, Santa Claus has agreed to take part in the festivities.

Mr. Claus will be in the lobby of Thresher Gymnasium between 6:30 and 8 p.m. to hear what you’d like for Christmas and take a few pictures with your family.

There will also be free popcorn, and the chance to win some prizes during halftime of the men’s basketball game.
