Eligibility for the federal grants and loans and Kansas aid is determined by standard calculation based on the data a student submits on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Your FAFSA must be received by April 1 to receive state aid.
- Bethel’s code is 001905.
- Your FAFSA is your application for financial aid.
- A renewable FAFSA must be completed each academic year.
Need-based aid comes in several forms, including federal grants, federal loans, Kansas aid and student employment. Specific deadlines and distribution policies apply. Explore the links to find out more.
If you have questions, contact Clark Oswald, director of financial aid.
Need additional funds? If you have utilized all of the government aid that is available and you still need additional funds to help pay for school here is a link that may help. Alternative loans (alternative to govt. loans) may be available through different lenders. The FAST CHOICE link will take you to a list of lenders that our students used last year. We do not recommend one lender over another, and you are welcome to use other lenders as well. These loans are generally more expensive than the government loans.
