You don’t have to have ALL the answers at Bethel College.
In fact, the campus community encourages a spirit of deep questioning.
Develop your own informed decisions with our NEW Undecided Major Program.
In the Classroom
During your first two years, complete all lower-level general education requirements while strategically exploring major areas. In the second semester of your freshman year, take a one-credit-hour Major and Career Exploration course, coordinated by the Career Services Center, while solidifying your decisions. If you ultimately find yourself drawn to elements of multiple majors, design your own with our Individualized Major.
Outside the Classroom
You’ll have support, programming and supervision provided by the Coordinator for First-Year Success while living in the all-freshman residence hall. Explore career and major options through activities coordinated by the Career Services and Experiential Learning Center.
From your first day of class to selecting a major, you will have a well-informed advocate assisting you. Bethel’s unique Liberal Education Advising program ensures you will have a full-time professor serving as your academic adviser and as your freshman seminar professor. Their number-one priority is you – supporting your intellectual, personal and spiritual development.
