- B.A. Business University of Maine Machias 2014
Growing up and living in Southern California most of my life, I thought I was inevitably destined for the large classrooms filled with countless students, since that is common with many California colleges and universities. I am glad I chose to attend a small school where I was more than just a number and I am enthusiastic about the possibility of assisting other students in finding the college that is right for them.I really enjoyed my four years as an undergraduate at the University of Maine at Machias, a small four year college on the New England coast in Maine. The resulting low student to faculty ratio that comes with a small school allowed me to excel in every aspect of college life. I was always engaged in and out of the classroom and on a first name basis with all of my professors! I am thrilled that Bethel is also a small campus where students can truly benefit from an amazing 10:1 student to faculty ratio, a diverse student body, and a commitment to higher education for the whole person. I am motivated by the opportunity to help students benefit from my experiences at a small school in making an informed decision about finding their home away from home.
