About Kip:
Kip spent nearly 20 years in business before joining the faculty at Bethel College. He has been an entrepreneur, president of a local chamber of commerce, and a trustee of the Swiss Mennonite Cultural and Historical Association. His research, principally on religious and business history topics, has appeared in academic journals in the United States and Europe. His history of a national organization devoted to ethical practice in engineering appeared in 2012, and a second book is under consideration for publication.
