Director of Nursing

Bethel College invites applications for the Director of Nursing. The Director provides educational and administrative leadership to the Department of Nursing. In collaboration with faculty, the Director of Nursing: schedules classes, teaching assignments, and facilities; develops and manages departmental budgets; facilitates curriculum development and revision; provides leadership in the selection, orientation, evaluation, development and admission of students; supervises staff; implements college policy and procedures; manages student concerns; and communicates departmental needs and concerns to the college’s administration. Ph.D. prepared applicants desired, M.S.N. required.

Bethel College is a private, liberal arts, undergraduate college affiliated with the Mennonite Church USA and accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Majors and concentrations include traditional liberal arts and science fields, pre-professional and accredited professional programs (nursing, social work, and teacher education). The student body of 540 students is approximately two-thirds residential and traditional age and one-third non-residential and non-traditional. Distinctive emphases include peace, justice and conflict resolution, cross-cultural awareness and discipleship rooted in free conviction and commitment to Christian community.

Director of Human Resources

Bethel College invites applications for the position of Director of Human Resources. The Director will develop and implement processes for management of human resources to include but not limited to hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluation and benefit administration. Duties also include providing support for the Vice President for Business Affairs. Three years experience in human resources and benefit administration required. Proven experience in Microsoft Office software.
