Transfer student application

In a hurry? Take 10 minutes to fill out our online application. There's only one form to fill out – your application to attend Bethel College is also your application for scholarships.
IMPORTANT – Don’t forget to print and mail the signature page at the end. We need your signature in ink in order to activate your application!
Otherwise: Use Adobe Reader (available for free) to download a printable version of the application, fill it out and mail it to us.
Please mail your signed application or online signature page, with $20 (non-refundable application fee*) to the address at the bottom of the page.
*Your application is FREE IF:
- you submit your application before December 1, or
- you come to Bethel for a campus visit.
Once we have activated your application, we still need the following:
- Official HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT/TEST SCORES
- COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS (final transcripts from all colleges attended during and after high school)
- TRANSFER RECOMMENDATION FORM. Fill out the top section, then deliver to the Student Life office of your current (or most recent) college to be completed and mailed to Bethel.
