build the ad building/bethel campus/10.03.08/2:33 p.m
To celebrate the 120th birthday of the Administration Building, students formed teams and competed to build a replica of the building. Every team received a roll of heavy-duty tape, a ball of twine and a 4' x 4' plywood base and otherwise had to use recycled materials they had collected themselves. Time limit was two hours. Here, from left, Cassidy McFadden, freshman from Elgin, Ill., Lisa Penner, freshman from Fresno, Calif., Seth Dunn, freshman from Fresno, and Naomi Graber, freshman from Elkhart, Ind., work on their entry.
