Wuppertal
The language department at Bethel sponsors a program of student exchange with the Bergische Universität in Wuppertal, Germany. Each year, one or two Bethel students exchange for students from Wuppertal who spend a year on the Bethel campus. Consult with the head of the language department for details.
Brethren Colleges Abroad
This program offers undergraduates a year of study at any of the following institutions: the University of Marburg in Germany; the University of Strasbourg in France; the University of Barcelona in Spain; the Dalian University of Foreign Languages Institute in the People’s Republic of China; the Hokusei Gakuen University in Japan; the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham, England; the University of San Francisco in Quito, Ecuador; the University of Veracruz in Xalapa, Mexico; the City University in Athens, Greece; the Cochin University of Science and Technology in Cochin, India; Magee College, University of Ulster in Derry, Northern Ireland; Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia; Vesalius College, Free University of Brussels in Brussels, Belgium; the Irish Center for Human Rights, National University of Ireland in Galway, Republic of Ireland; or the University of Bologna campus in Forli, Italy.

Study-abroad courses are offered during interterm, spring break or summer break. Those scheduled on a regular basis include:
