Graduates with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration have a wide variety of fields in which to pursue employment. Both private and public sector employment is available, and fields of employment range from bookkeeper to non-governmental organization (NGO) director, as well as the traditional occupations such as high school business teacher or management executive in a large corporation. Many graduates in this major from Bethel College prefer to return to their communities and to manage small businesses. For this reason, entrepreneurship is receiving increasing emphasis for a future career as an owner-manager of a small business.
