Coaching

The coaching certificate is designed to introduce you to and prepare you for coaching in organized athletic programs. It is a supplement to any major field of study and is encouraged for students seeking teacher licensure or pursuing other majors who desire a coaching position or a career in an educational setting. Once you complete the certificate in the sports coaching program, you may attempt coaching certification through the American Sport Education Program (ASEP).
